Neither LakeOconeeTrader.com nor any of providers of information shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the service, or the contents of any advertisements, or for assertions or omissions therein. No party shall be liable to any other party or any third-party for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. Credit Card transactions
LakeOconeeTrader.com utilizes the services of third party credit card processing companies. Therefor, your credit card statement may show your payments as one of the following processors rather than LakeOconeeTrader.com: "ProPay", "2Checkout", or "PayPal". All credit card transactions utilize a secure server for processing your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This applies to recurring payments only. You may cancel your LakeOconeeTrader Recurring Ads service at any time. However, you are still responsible for a full month's payment (so, if your billing period is June 10-July 10 and you've paid for that period and you decide to cancel your renewable service on June 24, you will not receive a refund for the balance of the month). If you wish to cancel your recurring order, you need to notify us by email (admin@LakeOconeeTrader.com) at least 2 business days before the next billing date, so we have enough time to stop your billing. You can also call us at (706) 485-2329. Removing your ad does not stop your billing.
